Douglas Whelpton is a Mortgage Broker with 12 years of experience, proudly based in Claresholm, Alberta and part of the Mortgage Towne team.
After stepping away from the industry to run a small farm-to-table beef operation and co-own Willow Creek Quilts alongside his wife, Douglas found himself drawn back to mortgages for the most genuine of reasons — he missed the people. His clients, his colleagues, and the deeply rewarding work of helping someone solve a real financial challenge and find their way home.
Douglas has always believed that he is in the business of helping people first and doing mortgages second.
